To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

What items are returnable?

If an item does not fit correctly you may exchange the item for the correct size(if in stock) or a store credit. We simply ask that the customer pays the shipping cost back to Jets & Jewels Boutique. 

To exchange/receive a store credit,  it must not have been worn or tampered with and in its original packaging. Returns/ exchanges must be reported within 5 days of the order being delivered.


Credits - once in stock and examined an email will be sent providing the code for the credit.  Minus 15% for a restocking fee

Exchanges - once the new item is ready to ship an email with a shipping invoice will be sent.  When the shipping has been paid the exchange will be sent. 



Please complete the return request for a prepaid return label so we can get that corrected for you right away. 

If for any reason the correct item is not in stock you may choose to receive a full refund or credit. 

Prepaid return labels are valid for 10 days and will be voided after. 

More than anything, we hope you love your order! If you don’t, please send us an email to let us know, and we’ll do our best to correct the problem!

While exchanges are accepted, returns for a refund are not. 
Clearance items are considered final at the time of purchase. Monogram / Personalized items are considered final at the time of purchase. 
These items are non refundable and non returnable. 






How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges and shipping insurance are non-refundable, 
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping unless otherwise stated
  • Items must be returned in its original packaging.  If missing your order is subject to an additional fee from your credit or refund.  
  • If you have elected to exchange your item and it is approved, you are respondible for shipping charges for the new item.  


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
