By making a purchase from Jets & Jewels Boutique you are agreeing at checkout, that you have read and understand the above and below prior to making any purchase.
PRE ORDERS - These items require production time. Each supplier has their own production time. Usually 6-12 weeks after the order has been closed (not at the time you placed your order) but sometimes it takes a little longer as courier delivery times and manufacturing times are beyond our control.
- The stated production time above is a general idea. Production time is different for each of our many manufactures.
- Production time will be listed in the item description Please always check the item description for the estimated production time as each pre order will be different. It is your responsibility to read the item description in full. By placing a pre-order you understand and agree to the stated shipping time in the item description.
PRE ORDER Q - These items are ready to ship with the supplier & do not need production time. It is estimated that these items will be in stock in 1-2 weeks from the time the pre order closes
When placing a pre order only place orders based on the same pre order.
- Pre orders will be numbered with a date in the item description.
- This date is when the pre order closes.
DO NOT combine different pre orders.
Pre Order dates are based on manufactures. Each manufacture has their own production times.
If you combine multiple pre orders you are subject to delayed processing times and an invoice for split shipping.
IN PRODUCTION - These items are extras that were placed with our order. Estimated shipping time will be listed in the description based on when these items were expected to arrive in store. The same terms in regards to production time apply to items in production. - Please reference Pre Order Terms
READY TO SHIP - These items are in Jets + Jewels Warehouse. We will ship ready to ship orders within 5-7 business days. This does not include holidays or weekend Our goal is to ship 24-48 hours though!
MADE TO ORDER - These items are made in house by J+J once the order has been placed. Processing takes 5-10 business days. If you need the item urgently please contact us or note in the order notes. Made to order items can slightly be different from the picture as each shirt is printed and pressed by hand. If ordering a bleached or dyed shirt they are each unique and colors will differ from each item made.
CANCELED ORDERS
Once you have placed your order you have agreed to the terms of that order and we are unable to cancel any orders for a refund.
COLORS
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. As the actual colors you see depend on your device's screen, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We have indicated which products are ready to ship, pre-order, or in production. If your order consist of both RTS order and Pre-Order items your items will ship once the pre-order items are in. We suggest that all pre-order products be ordered separately if you are needing your RTS items sooner.
ORDERS DO NOT SHIP UNTIL ALL ITEMS FOR YOUR ORDER ARE IN STOCK. PLEASE CHECK THE ITEM DESCRIPTION FOR THE PRODUCTION TIMES AND THE ITEM NAME FOR THE TYPE OF ITEM YOU ARE ORDERING.
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE CANCELED FOR A REFUND ONCE PLACED.
