Return & Exchange Policy
At Jets & Jewels Boutique Customer Service is something we take pride in. We want all of our Mommies & Little Ones to be happy!
If an item does not fit correctly you may exchange the item for the correct size or a store credit. We simply ask that the customer pays the shipping cost back to Jets + Jewels Boutique.
To exchange/receive a store credit, it must not have been worn or tampered with and in its original packaging. Returns/ exchanges must be reported within 3 days of the order being delivered.
Credits - once in stock and examined an email will be sent providing the code for the credit. Minus 10-15% for a restocking & fees
Exchanges - once the new item is ready to ship an email with a shipping invoice will be sent. When the shipping has been paid the exchange will be sent.
While exchanges are accepted, returns for a refund are not.
Clearance items are considered final at the time of purchase.
Monogram items are final sale, no refunds, credits, or exchanges.
All orders placed are final, orders can not be canceled for a refund.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED?
Please follow the link for returns to report the wrong item and start the exchange process. We will provide a prepaid return label. Once in stock we will ship the correct item ASAP.
If for any reason the correct item is not in stock you may choose to receive a full refund or credit.
Prepaid return labels are valid for 7 days and will be voided after.
