Return & Exchanges

At Jets + Jewels Boutique Customer Service is something we take pride in. We want all of Customers to be happy!

If an item does not fit correctly you may exchange the item for the correct size or a store credit. We simply ask that the customer pays the shipping cost back to Jets + Jewels Boutique.

To exchange/receive a store credit, it must not have been worn or tampered with and in its original packaging. Returns/ exchanges must be reported within 3 days of the order being delivered.

If you would like an exchange we will confirm if we have the needed size in stock. If we are unable to exchange a store credit will be provided.  All returns must be requested through the link and approved.  

Credits - once in stock and examined an emailed gift card will be sent. Minus 10-15% for a restocking fee. Depending on the form of payment.  Payment plans have higher restocking fees. 

Exchanges - once the new item is ready to ship an email with a shipping invoice will be emailed. When the shipping has been paid the exchange will be shipped.  

While exchanges are accepted, returns for a refund are not.
Clearance items are considered final at the time of purchase.  Holiday items must be returned / or exchanged before the holiday.  Monogramed items are considered final sale and can not be refunded or exchanged. 


Please visit our return link and select Wrong Item Received with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and a form with an RMA# that must be included with the package. Once in stock we will ship the correct item ASAP.

If for any reason the correct item is not in stock you may choose to receive a full refund or credit.

Prepaid return labels are valid for 5 days and will be voided after.
